Fair Work Commission have launched a new online learning module on "Sexual Harassment at Work". This Sexual Harassment at Work module is part of an expanding suite of resources available on the Commission's Online Learning Portal.
This learning module has been designed as an introduction to the topic, aimed at helping people understand what constitutes sexual harassment at work, and the impact of sexual harassment on these experiencing and witnessing it. It also provides referrals to more information and resources, including information about the Commission's jurisdiction.
