The Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated opening of registrations for the 2024 National Small Business Summit. Scheduled to take place on Wednesday 3 April and Thursday 4 April 2024, at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, the Summit holds immense significance in the ever-evolving landscape of small businesses.
Promising a diverse and dynamic agenda, the Summit will examine strategies to foster competition and drive innovation; it will prioritise the digital economy and cybersecurity, given the increasing reliance on technology in business operations, and will also examine Industrial Relations (IR) Reform.
Hosting his first Summit as COSBOA’s CEO, Luke Achterstraat encourages people from all levels of engagement with small business to attend and make a difference.
“In a time when small businesses are navigating a volatile and changing environment, the Summit provides a vital platform where leaders can actively influence legislation, engage in crucial discussions about challenges and opportunities, and take an important role in shaping the future of small businesses in Australia.
“With 2.3 million small businesses depending on a thriving ecosystem, we ask every member, policy maker and Association leader to attend, because every voice matters - now more than ever,” says Achterstraat.
