Today the Small Business Minister Kelly O’Dwyer unveiled a painting by Jenny McCracken entitled ‘The Faces of Shop Small Businesses’.
This painting has portraits of over 40 real business people from all over Australia and represents the face of our business culture. The background parts of the painting came from various very interesting communities. The background is from Queens Parade Clifton Hill; the left hand side is from Glen Ferrie Rd Kew; and the right hand side is from Bridge Rd Richmond all of course in Victoria.
This painting will be auctioned off at the end of November so be prepared to join in the auction! The money raised will be donated to a charity that does good things for small business – any ideas?
